New incentives for the Ford vehicle line for April 2010 include an increase in delivery allowance to $3,000 for the Ford Edge SE and Flex SE models. Delivery allowance for the Taurus SE is now $4,000. The interest rates for the F-150 has dropped to 5.99% up to 60 months and 6.99% for 72 months. The certain models of the Ford Escape and Focus are the only models left with 0% financing. The Costco rebate program has concluded. The 2011 Mustang now has 3.99% interest rate for 60 months (excluding the GT500 and the V6 value leader).

 Great News For Customers Interested In A 2010 Ford Escape!

Ford of Canada just announced improved incentives on the 2010 Ford Escape. Excluding the 4 cylinder manual transmission and the Hybrid the 2010 Ford Escape now has 0% financing for up to 60 months OAC. There was a $3,000 dealer credit on these models which is now gone but the 0% far outweighs the dealer credit.  The 4 cylinder manual Escape now has a $4,000 dealer credit. There are no changes to the Escape Hybrid incentives.

Several times a week (sometimes several times a day) someone asks me “what is the X Plan discount?” While there is an X Plan discount, the program is based on 4% above the A Plan price which is what Ford employees pay. Now don’t confuse this with the summer promotion called “Employee Pricing”. During that promotion the dealer credits are lowered and the interest rates go up. Ford employees get to purchase vehicles at the true dead cost and X Plan is based on 4% above that. Every Ford invoice shows the X Plan price and the A Plan price.

The new Ford of Canada incentives will be released late in the day on January 4th. I will be going on vacation January 5th so there is a chance I may not be able to post the new rates and rebates here.

Ford of Canada incentives for January 2010 include 0% financing on selected models cash backs ranging from $1,000 to $7,000 depending on the vehicle. There is also a credit available for the Ford Sync system. For years the Shelby GT 500 Mustang has been excluded from the Ford X Plan program. Ford has just announced that the 2009 Shelby Mustang will be part of the Ford X Plan program up to March 31st 2010. In order to stock Shelby Mustangs you need to be an SVT dealer which we are. So if you are interested in a Shelby call me.

Starting February 1st 2012 the $1,000 Ford Costco member rebate is back. Costco members who have a good standing membership as of January 31st 2012 will receive an additional $1,000 toward a Ford vehicle. The new Ford Costco rebate can be transferred to immediate family members who live at the same address. You can also use your Ford X Plan PIN to get the X Plan pricing, the regular incentives from Ford, including dealer credits and interest rates then use the Costco rebate.

The new 2011 Ford Super Duty can now be ordered. The 2011 F-250, F-350 and F-450 will have a new Ford designed 6.7 liter diesel engine.  The 6.2 liter gas engine is also new with improved emissions for the new laws now in place. The 2011 Super Duty will have the following packages; XL, XLT, Lariat and King Ranch.
